CSX is implementing a faster and easier-use-method for employees to report COVID-19 cases and exposures. This month, the new “Report My COVID” online tool will be accessible on the Gateway, on T&E tablet devices, and other convenient CSX portals. Employees are encouraged to use the online reporting method, which can be accessed from any mobile or internet-connected device. Although telephone and email reporting will still be available, the new tool offers increased convenience and reporting accuracy by recognizing an employee’s ID and automatically entering much of his or her personal data.
